Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with university policies and procedures is a plus.

Provides financial, curricular, and administrative processing assistance for departments across the Arts & Humanities Division, including acting as delegates in Concur for faculty support. Adheres to Harvard University’s financial systems policies and procedures; sets up suppliers and corporations in Buy2Pay. Processes journals, invoice payments, and non-employee reimbursements using Harvard University’s financial platform.

Assists with processing documentation as may be necessary for new faculty and staff, including interfacing with the Office for Faculty Affairs and the Harvard International Office for faculty appointments.

Supports curricular support needs, including administrative support for course set up as may be necessary.

Provides ad-hoc support for faculty projects as needed.

Provides back-up support for departments within the FAS when there are short-term administrative staff leaves or vacancies

Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
