Description We are eager to bring a Desktop Support Analyst into our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be integral in maintaining and improving our computer systems, collaborating with different teams to provide efficient solutions, and ensuring optimal performance of our hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient operation of hardware and computer systems, diagnosing and repairing any issues that arise.

• Collaborate with both onsite colleagues and remote Service Desk Support teams to effectively address and resolve user concerns.

• Utilize the ServiceNow platform to manage and track incidents and requests, maintaining a clear record of all actions taken.

• Play a key role in supporting lab and manufacturing operations, ensuring all technological needs are met.

• Provide essential networking and infrastructure support, including the installation of WAPS, switches, and other necessary hardware.

• Act as a liaison during employee move, add, or change activities, ensuring all computer hardware is properly set up. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

• Familiarity with Mac OS and Mac OS X

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow Application

• Understanding of the ServiceNow Platform

• Ability to work with Okta

• Knowledge of Audio Visual technology

• Experience in Computer Imaging and Desktop Imaging

• Ability to handle Imaging Devices

• Proven track record in Desktop Support

• Familiarity with Active Directory
