IQVIA Digital, Media & Consumer Insight Consultant in Cambridge, Massachusetts
The role of Consultant will act as central resource for our internal teams, clients and partners to help organize and manage key projects around marketing effectiveness. The consultant will be responsible for generating and distilling key performance aspects of campaigns to assist Sr. Consultants and Engagement Managers on the optimization opportunities which may exist at both a macro and micro level. Consultants should be well versed in consumer media understanding channel dynamics and bidding/buying models and should carry experience in developing insight from large sets of data.
The consultant will work directly with the DMCI delivery team to ensure high quality client output including but not limited to data visualization within IQVIA portals, custom presentations as well as excel data extracts. A high level of efficiency is expected within excel and ppt as the consultant will be directly responsible for initial data evaluation and trend analysis.
Development and presentation of customer insights recommendations to optimize media buying/planning across DTC (Direct to Consumer) campaigns
Analyze Audience Quality reports, Rx Impact analysis, front end media data (reach, engagement, cost) to inform optimization recommendations including shifting spend toward placements that will improve quality of reach, efficiency, or conversion.
Identify new ways of leveraging data to help create derivative client works and novel approaches to evaluating campaign effectiveness
Support the development of measurement plans, including recommending which KPIs to report on
Create easy-to-understand and insightful narratives and dashboards using visual storytelling tools (Tableau, etc.) and communicate the findings to internal as well as external stakeholders
2-3 years of digital marketing strategy, customer insights, or media analytics experience preferably within the pharma/healthcare vertical
Experience working with audience segmentation and targeting in order to understand persona development and target audience strategy
Experience with omnichannel marketing programs across linear TV, OTT, digital display, search, and social media
Experience with BI/Data visualization platforms (i.e.Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama) is preferred
Experience creating customer insights and presenting to internal and external stakeholders
