Additionally, the Account Engagement Marketer, Digital will play a critical role in maintaining Sanofi’s leadership in Rare Disease, driving Sanofi towards our mission of delivering a personalized, optimized customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop the engagement strategy for digital tacticsby generating deep customer insights to identify points of friction and unmet needs across the customer experience journey.

  • Establish performance measurement systems and continuously review customer intelligence and feedback to improve the customer experience in real-time and long-term.

  • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure brand strategy, customer engagement strategies, and the future vision are effectively aligned and pulled through across the digital strategy and tactics.

  • Create and manage tailored omnichannel engagement strategies and hyper-personalized content plans, ensuring alignment with customer journeys and stakeholder networks.

  • Act as the primary digital marketing liaison, collaborating with cross-functional teams and channel leads to align strategies and manage engagement activities.

  • Lead the digital deployment of modular content and B2B offerings, develop content calendars aligned with key events, and manage budgets and performance metrics.

  • As the digital marketing lead, and based on brand and customer engagement strategy, design the architecture, build content for, and manage HCP-facing websites as well as other digital properties and channels.

About you

  • 3+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Degree in marketing, business, technology, or life sciences

  • Marketingexperience required.

  • Successful track record of strategic decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent.

  • Experience working within large scale and complex multidisciplinary teams, and proven ability of influencing without authority.

  • Insights & analytics experience, preferably in cross-functional leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated expertise inaccountstrategy.

  • Ability to travel 33% within the US.
