Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Facility Coordinator will support the Facility Manager, Account Director and customer project management team in the planning, directing, coordination of work to accommodate preventative, corrective, general maintenance and documentation. Associate will plan, direct and coordinate activities of the sites through EMCORVia to ensure the client’s needs are met. Planner/Scheduler pull daily, weekly and monthly work order reports and participates in daily, weekly and monthly KPI meetings. Assigns work orders to Maintenance Staff, subcontractors and project managers. Other duties include, but not limited to, daily assessments of systems, maintaining a clean working environment, and other various duties as assigned by the Facility Manager, while adhering to all safety and health standards. Responsible for managing process improvement as well as developing a comprehensive, sustainable, facilities inspection program. Responsible for managing multiple aspects of customer relationships / level of satisfaction including: KPI’s, surveys, deficiency audits, and account performance assessments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develops and maintains key client relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, account team, and support external resources
Manages Customer Satisfaction Survey process
Maintains Customer and EMCOR contact lists
Performance Management - QA/QC, Continuous Improvement of Service Delivery
Analyze and distribute performance metrics including TMP and KPI reports. Provides data and analysis for governance team.
Performs account performance assessments and implement required process changes
Performs building condition assessments to determine of overall site conditions and identify deficiencies to be address
Prepares reports documenting quality issues, conditions and remediation actions taken to ensure customer standards are maintained
Evaluates vendors and their performance to ensure new vendors meet quality desired by EMCOR and customer.
Work Management
Manages Work Order backlog
Prepare work order report for daily review and send via email to all that apply
Maintains EMCOR Via completion and response KPI levels by performing additions, modifications, and deletions to preventative and corrective maintenance work orders generated for properties, equipment, and assets
Ensures associates are serving both internal and external customer's needs
Evaluates changes to operations and maintenance process & procedures to ensure that new process & procedures and/or modified process & procedures comply with efficiency, compliance, and quality standards
Technical Solution Management
Manages technical support of the CMMS, handheld devises, phones, computers, report development and generation, equipment and PM data ads/mods, etc.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor Degree in Business or Science field preferred.
Seven to Ten years of experience in coordination of activities in a facility and Industrial/R&D maintenance environment preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
CMMS platform experience (EMCOR Via preferred)
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Project and Power Point, Adobe Acrobat

Compensation Range: $33.65-$36.05
