Sanofi Group Head, NA Employer Branding in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Our Employer branding team aims to elevate our employer reputation and increase brand awareness through our talent marketing strategy, channels, content, and campaigns, thus ensuring Sanofi is positioned to attract and engage the talent it needs to support its ambition in chasing the miracles of science.
We are seeking an Employer Brand lead for the US (one of our key market’s) who has a talent for creating and executing employer brand content and initiatives that illustrate and celebrate what’s happening in our dynamic US businesses.

The ideal candidate brings a broad-based set of experience and skills to the role including employer brand-reputation management, optimization through social, thought leadership campaigns, content strategy, optimization and management; and is always looking for new, innovative ways of communicating including digital, storytelling, advocacy and future trends.
You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, NA and will be an important member of our US talent team and the Global Employer Branding network, with many opportunities for ownership and growth along the way.
What You’ll Do:
Define and build regional Employer Brand strategies, in line with our Global approach
Launch the Sanofi Employee Value Proposition in the US and define targeted approach for specific BUs/BFs/job families.
Animate the network of local TA leads around Employer Brand activations and ensures best practice sharing across the US
In partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners: Produce a range of content for use across social media , LinkedIn, Instagram etc),Careers website, digital branding platforms (like Glassdoor that helps us achieve our employer brand goals.
Be the link to the social media and digital comms team on Employer brand content topics: own our content calendar and manage reporting
This individual contributor role requires working cross-functionally and influencing peers from our global and local : Branding and Communications, Diversity and Experience, Talent, People and Culture teams and Employee advocates.
Spearhead the employee advocacy program for the US to ensure ambassadors are engaged to share their Sanofi experience, amplifying awareness
Manage the content alignment to Global Guidelines for corporate career sites and social.
Manage relations with relevant agencies.
Establish and track key metrics that define success for the local employer brand (social media and web data, social listening data…).
What You Need to Succeed:
BA/BS and 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, Communications, or relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of social media/content marketing experience in a corporate setting
Creative, and convincing storyteller, able to inspire and lead from the front
Collaborative and inclusive with high influencing skills
Understanding of social media best practices and the nuances of channels (like Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience with content creation/management
