The Lead, Integrated Analytics - Early Growth Franchises serves as a strategic analytics partner to high-growth/potential brand teams delivering comprehensive analytics solutions to shape brand strategy and realize ambitious goals. This role will balance hands-on analytical work with strategic partnership responsibilities to drive meaningful business outcomes. This role will be aligned to high growth/potential therapy areas with recent global product or new indication launches underway.

Main Responsibilities:
Functions as the primary analytics contact for select commercial teams, providing analytics domain expertise paired with therapy area understanding
Provide hands on brand analytics support as well as coordinating with COE team members as needed for advanced analytics, forecasting, and other I&A areas.
Participates in C-Suite level leadership meetings, delivering critical insights and operational expertise to inform strategic decisions.
Creates and implements efficiency opportunities through process improvements, vendor management, and data analysis while tracking ROI.
Drives the implementation of innovative methodologies, including AI, ML, and behavioral frameworks, in partnership with GTMC Centers of Excellence.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with business stakeholders across global teams including GTMC, brand, market access, medical affairs, and launch excellence teams.
Coordinates with GTMC Centers of Excellence to prevent duplication and ensure alignment with common frameworks.
Manages recurring business review processes, establishing clear narratives on current and projected brand performance as well as guidance on resources to support the brand.
Aligns activities with GTMC frameworks and guiding principles while ensuring local business needs are met.
About You:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, relevant Advanced degree preferred (MS/PHD/MBA in business or quantitative discipline).
Work Experience:
10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
5+ years influential leadership experience in forecasting and/or analytics
Proven track record in global, regional, and local roles
Demonstrated product launch experience
Analytics experience in or more of the following areas strongly preferred: Immunology/T1D, Hematology-oncology, Transplant or similar.
Experience partnering with new product planning, marketing, and value/access teams
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrix environments
Strong project management skills with focus on meeting deadlines and balancing priorities
Excellent communication skills, especially with senior leadership
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Technical Expertise:
Advanced understanding brand analytics and forecasting, internal financial cycles, and data infrastructure - especially in complex global organizations.
Strong grasp of advanced analytics concepts and techniques. (Bayesian statistics, regression, customer lifecycle value, A/B testing)
Proficiency with pharmaceutical data sources (prescription/sales data, patient claims, promotional audits)
Familiarity of general market research and competitive intelligence principles

Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ.
