Manager, Sales Excellence and Operations (Cambridge, MA)

Philips Medical Capital’s (PMC) Sales Excellence / Sales Operations Business Analyst is responsible for all Sales, Marketing, and Operational reporting functions as well as CRM functions for the joint venture between Philips North America and DLL. This analyst will have access to operating systems within both Philips and PMC and will serve as the system administrator for our new SFDC instance. The position also serves as the primary technical interface between PMC and Philips Healthcare. Organizationally, this position reports to the head of Philips Capital (NA), Philips North America and functionally reports to PMC’s Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations & Program Management. PMC is Philips’ US joint venture whose objective is to help Philips Healthcare increase sales of its equipment. This position plays a significant role in the development and execution of PMC’s business strategies. PMC employs one Sales Excellence / Sales Operations Business Analyst so the successful candidate must be able to work independently.

Your role:

  • Ongoing administration, and product lead for Philips Medical Capital’s (PMC) SFDC instance, providing operational support to Philips Capital (PC), and PMC’s sales and marketing department in the development and tracking of new sales campaigns and incentive programs

  • Analysis of key operational metrics on the PMCs activities and generation of both recurring and ad-hoc operational reports from SAP, Salesforce, and PMC’s internal systems; Assist in the development of the master project roadmap for sales tools, reporting and enablement activities throughout the year

  • To support Sales Strategy Development with the implementation and tracking of Sales initiatives Customer Segmentation, sales targeting by tracking monthly, quarterly sales funnel and forecasting in SalesForce.com; To monitor all reports and systems, shared drive, etc.

  • Support new business growth, segmentation and territory planning annually.

  • Drive excellence in account planning and territory targeting to enable pipeline standards and hygiene; Measure and analyze effectiveness in program, targeting and sales activities and recommend modifications as required

  • Manage on-boarding/ off-boarding process and maintain PMC Team access to Philips systems and tracking Philips Sales Rep commissions attainment and payout reporting as PMC

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5+ years of business and data analysis experience.

  • Strong technical skills in the following areas: Salesforce administration, Salesforce Data Management, Salesforce Dashboards, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP and SAP Business Warehouse.

  • Experience in identifying and integrating data elements from disparate systems and in automating business processes and reporting.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented who can stick to deadlines with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize data and report trends and ability to work independently and to develop strong relationships with peers within Philips and PMC.

  • Experience within Philips Healthcare and/or the financial services industry is highly preferred.
