Philips Marketing Leader - Monitoring and Analytics (North America) in Cambridge, Massachusetts


In this role, you have the opportunity to:

The Business Marketing Manager is accountable for delivering the commercial business results in Market North America. You will direct the overall business strategy creation and operational execution of the Monitoring and Analytics (M&A) business. The Business Leader will drive and monitor performance, develop and execute corrective actions when necessary in order to achieve BMC and Annual Operating Plan commitments. You are a key member of the Connected Care Leadership team.

You are responsible for the following:

  • Business P&L and delivering on financial performance committed in the AOP

  • Driving business strategy and execution in the market

  • BMC planning and execution for M&A

  • Developing local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth (adhering to Quality & Regulatory requirements)

  • Demanding generation

  • Developing pricing strategies in line with the commercial policy

  • Driving customer satisfaction and dedication by aligning the necessary resources within the Market

  • Championing effective engagement for key BMC activation's

  • Generating locally relevant insights as input for proposition and road map development

  • Providing global BU with local insights about markets, competition, and product and application developments.

  • Driving strong functional teams including developing outstanding solution specialists, application specialists, demo specialists, clinical scientists and field marketing managers.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industry experience

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Experience with P&L management including revenue and margin management preferred

  • Successful strategic marketing and marketing analysis including understanding of approach & tools.

  • Significant experience in sales, marketing, healthcare or medical technology products or solutions, incl. building customized value propositions to customers and markets

  • Results-oriented and commercial thinking

  • Success leading and supervising cross functional teams

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, incl. ability to effectively communicate with C-level

  • Proven ability to inspire change

  • History of success performing and managing in a complex matrix environment
