Adecco US, Inc. Patient Access Specialist/Patient Advocate in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Adecco’s client is seeking a Patient Access/Advocate Specialist to join their team in Cambridge, MA.

What you’ll do:

· Build strong relationships with patients and their families.

· Provide education and support to help them start or continue therapy.

· Assist with insurance approvals and financial assistance.

· Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and specialty pharmacies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care.

· Represent Sanofi at patient meetings and conferences.

· Document patient interactions and analyze data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

2-4 years of experience in case management, reimbursement, or patient advocacy.

• Experience working with patients with rare or chronic conditions.

• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM preferred.

Spanish language fluency a plus.

Note:

This role is Hybrid; thus, open to candidates in/around/near Cambridge, MA.

Pay Details: $46.58 per hour
