Job Description
PHYSICIAN (FAMILY OR INTERNAL MEDICINE), MIT Health, to provide primary care to MIT Health patients within a team-based care model. Will assess patient health status through interview and physical exam and synthesize this clinical information to formulate health status and a diagnosis, develop a plan of care and treatment, implement the treatment plan, and evaluate follow-up strategies according to age-specific plans of care; and provide health education, supportive counseling, and clinical outreach to the MIT community in collaboration with other individuals or services at MIT Health and across the MIT community. Job Requirements
REQUIRED: MD or DO from an accredited medical school; completion of a family medicine or internal medicine residency program with an accredited U.S. institution; board certification or board eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine; current provider card in basic life support (BLS); and valid MA license, MA CSR, and federal DEA. PREFERRED: advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) provider card. Job #24296-148/8/24
