As a Program Associate, you will:

  • Be responsible for supporting the Program Manager with both in-person and virtual programs, including but not limited to, setting up online registrations, tracking and responding to attendee requests, preparing emails and surveys. For in-person events, tasks also include preparing and shipping program supplies and supporting participant and faculty needs during the programs.

  • Prepare print and/or digital teaching materials for programs and provide on-site support as needed; assist faculty with their presentation materials.

  • Monitor program registrations, maintain rosters & enrollment reports and keep the client-facing software interfaces up to date with correct information.

  • Identify problems and troubleshoot when necessary; work with the Customer Service Lead to fulfill customer requests.

  • Maintain the inventory for the programs.

  • Provide periodic additional administrative support for the PON office, including but not limited to managing phone lines/email, organizing the office, ordering certificates, ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, making copies, greeting visitors, etc.

The Program on Negotiation (https://www.pon.harvard.edu/) (PON) at Harvard Law School is seeking a full-time Program Associate to offer administrative support for its executive education offerings. The Program Associate is responsible for assisting the Program Managers to prepare and deliver a diverse range of executive education programs, including one-day, week-long, multi-week, and semester-long courses.
