Salary Range: $49,139 - $76,755
Note: Starting salaries typically fall in the lower half of the salary range; however, they are ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.

Department:Executive EducationPre-Employment Screening:Identity Schedule: 9-5 Monday through Friday Job Function:General Administration Job-Specific Responsibilities: Assists in the delivery of open enrollment and contract programs by providing logistical support, before, during and after each program is in session. Maintains a high level of professionalism, teamwork and a focus on customer service. While programs are on-site, assists in registration, meals, answering questions, directing participants, making copies, etc, as required. Contributes to the improvement of programs and departmental processes and procedures.
Develops strong working relationships with Executive Education colleagues in all units, as well as program faculty, Harvard University Dining Services (HUDS), HKS Facilities, and other School departments. Understands the spectrum of Executive Education programs. Participates on other department administrative projects as requested.
On a rotating basis, coordinators are assigned to provide participant and/or curriculum support to a wide range of different programs.
As a Participant Coordinator, responsible for tracking all enrollment information materials, including forms, photos, individual cases, health insurance, etc. Answers participant FAQs prior to arrival. Arranges participant housing in cooperation with the housing manager in hotels. Works with the catering vendor (HUDS), coordinates all on-site meals, including special dietary needs. Plans and implements special events for programs. Manages/submits financial documentation in support of program activities described above. Assists in program close-out and reconciliation activities.
As a Curriculum Coordinator, prepares and distributes advance materials. Posts advance readings, logistics etc. on the web site course page, works directly with faculty to collect/coordinate readings, handouts, media requests and simulations. Collaborates with both faculty chair and director on development or distribution of program schedule and other materials as necessary. Manages/submits financial documentation in support of program activities described above. Assists in program close-out and reconciliation activities.
Performs other duties as needed.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Program Management providing logistical and administrative support for all aspects of Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education programs. These include a mix of both multiple and single session open enrollment and custom programs. Programs will take place either on-campus, online, or offsite. Most programs are between one and four weeks.
