Rock Climbing Wall Manager - Harvard Recreation (Cambridge, MA)

Part-time, 4-8 hours per week

Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a Head Rock Wall Manager to join the recreation team on campus in Cambridge, MA. In this position you will assist the Coordinator of Membership & Facilities with managing the schedule and staff of the Rock Climbing Wall.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist the Coordinator of Membership & Facilities with the hiring process of the Harvard Rec Rock Wall staff.

• Assist the Coordinator of Membership & Facilities with scheduling the rock wall with Harvard Rec wall staff.

• Trouble shoot staffing needs and concerns and assist with coverage as needed.

• Other duties as needed/assigned.

What you’ll need to have

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
