Our client in the Professional Services industry is offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Reprographics Associate (Copy Operator). As a Reprographics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our document production, including the processing of reprographics/copy requests, troubleshooting basic equipment problems, and maintaining the quality of output. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process reprographics requests, including black/white and color photocopies

• Manage the operation of production printers and copiers, including setting job-processing parameters and managing job queues

• Operate finishing equipment like 3-hole drills, bindery, laminating folder, cutter, etc., in accordance with job ticket instructions

• Ensure the quality of documents before, during, and after each production job

• Restock copiers with paper and toner as necessary

• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues, placing service calls when necessary

• Communicate effectively with the manager and client on any job or deadline issues

• Maintain an attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality

• Regularly lift items weighing up to 50 lbs

• Spend most or all of your time working in a standing position

  Requirements

• Proficiency in managing quality control for all produced materials

• Ability to create and deliver detail-oriented presentations

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Familiarity with hiring processes in a corporate setting

• Experience in production, specifically within a reprographics environment

• Proficiency in scanning and scanning documents, ensuring clarity and precision

• Ability to troubleshoot printer hardware issues and perform service calls

• Experience with paper handling, including flyers and laminations

• Knowledge of photocopy processes and best practices

• Ability to manage queues effectively to ensure smooth operations

• Understanding of the perks and benefits within the financial services industry

• Familiarity with banking operations and their intersection with reprographics services
