Job Overview:

The Reprographics Operator / Graphics Technician may work in any type of location on client premises. This individual willdevelop concepts for projects and prepare production materials for electronic or multimedia publishing.They will alsoprovide copying and other reprographic services to meet the needs of the customer in operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce design concepts, such as layouts and mock-ups.

  • Use a computer to create elements, such as titles, text, drawings, illustrations, graphics, logos, lettering, and color harmonization.

  • Print, mount and laminate over-sized prints

  • Performs a variety of reprographics services including copier operation, print management, scanning, binding & collating, and any other services related to this function.

  • Operates and maintains a photocopy machine for document duplication.

  • Manages electronic files for conversion to printed documen

  • Provides professional customer service while managing multiple projects with tight timelines involving various levels of client managemen

  • Assists in collating and binding documen

  • May operate other equipment such as folder, cutter, perforator, collator, drill, stapler, et

  • Conducts Key Operator (daily maintenance) services for photocopy equipmen

  • May transmit, receive, and distribute facsimile

  • Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedu

  • Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely man

  • Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessmen

  • Applies all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned wo

  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedu

  • Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.

  • Maintains a clean and secure (no unauthorized access) work environmen

  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Experience/Knowledge:

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent experien

  • 0 - 2 years of related work experience

Skills/Aptitude:

  • Be precise and have excellent attention to detail.

  • Have strong artistic ability.

  • Use word processing, presentation and email software.Have comprehensive skills in graphic arts software, such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.

  • Ability to present self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honestyand ethics are essential.

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitud

  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism andresp

  • Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors,managers, customers and client representative

Position Summary

The Valet Attendant is responsible for parking vehicles, taking payments for vehicles already parked, and directing patrons to vacant parking spots. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

General Responsibilities:

  • Understands and follows all policies and procedures.

  • Perform valet duties and park vehicles in open spots.

  • Collect tickets from patrons and park or retrieve vehicles.

  • Manipulate vehicles carefully to take advantage of all spaces.

  • Collect fees from patrons wishing to park in garage.

  • Call tow trucks if person is parked illegally.

  • Issue tags to customers to put up in their windshields for display.

  • Clean up debris from parking lot.

  • Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.

  • Check vehicles for damage.

  • Ensure cameras are working properly in case of an accident.

  • Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.

  • Open doors and greet customers.

  • Complies with cash handling.

  • Help customers locate their vehicles.

  • Report parking lot disputes that occur between customers.

  • Escort customers to their vehicles if needed.

  • Call for cabs or tow trucks per clients' request.

  • Help patrons exit parking garage safely.

  • Give directions to nearest highway or destination.

  • Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
