Execute upstream process development experiments to optimize workflows while maintaining product quality.
Establish, optimize, and develop robust bioreactor processes through careful and targeted experimentation from cell thaw through harvest.
Perform upstream analytics to understand cell growth, metabolism, and flow cytometry.
Document and communicate results in a timely manner.
Present and communicate study results at company meetings.
