Oracle Sales Operations Analyst 4 in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred. This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado. The North America CX Customer Success (CS) Operations team is responsible for identification, design, development, implementation and support of efficient and cost-effective business processes, systems, and end-user reporting solutions and programs that enable operational and service delivery excellence. Specifically, this role will focus on system and reporting enablement ofcustomer success business processes and functions by liaising with delivery leadership, fieldpractitioners,and internal IT and solution partners to identify, design, and implement solutions. You need to be highly motivated and self-driven and have a good combination of planning, requirement analysis, solution design, solution validating & testing, documentation and communication skills. You will need to work and collaborate with divisional stakeholder teams to represent North America’s systems and reporting requirements and facilitate global consistency and alignment. As a Systems Enablement Business Analysts, you will be responsible for: * Developing an in-depth understanding of Oracle’s Customer Success business processes, systems, reporting, and service delivery methodologies. * Developing an in-depth understanding of system data structures and idiosyncrasies required to drive trustworthy business analytics. * Partnering with leadership, subject matter experts, and field practitioners to develop detailed and comprehensive system and reporting requirements surrounding operational and service delivery processes. * Turning complex data structures into insightful and actionable data visualizations. * Planning and hosting system and reporting requirement analysis workshops. * Validating system and reporting solution designs and visualizations with leadership and end users. * Performing continuous monitoring of program activities to identify areas of opportunity for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency. * Understandcustomer success practitioner problems, needs, and be their advocate within the company. * Participate in the creation, management, prioritization and communication of a strategic systems direction and roadmap. * Collaborate with user experience and interaction designers and engineering to transform ideas into functional software. * Monitor progress during system development lifecycle. Resolve with stakeholder input any ambiguities and conflicts with existing or new functionality. * Work with remote and cross-functional teams and customers. * Gather metrics and feedback from analytics sources and stakeholders to improve the systems. * Troubleshoot and provide hands on guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in resolving issues in a timely manner. * Proactively contribute to ongoing process improvement and ensure high-quality outcomes for our represented stakeholder communities.
