Sanofi Specialty Care Patient Support Program, Dupixent MYWay offers a comprehensive set of services working with Patients, Caregivers, Healthcare Providers, Payors and Specialty Pharmacies. Dupixent MyWay services are provided by a contracted business partner.

The Senior Director will oversee the comprehensive management of the program including affordability and vendor strategy ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to patients, optimizing program performance, and aligning services with the organization’s strategic goals. Strong leadership and oversight of the Patient Services Team and overall operations will be critical to ensuring continuous improvement of the overall patient experience.

This position reports to the Head of Patient Support Services Strategy & Operations Planning.

  • Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring the development of appropriate metrics and processes for monitoring and analyzing data from our vendor partners.

  • Provide oversight and leadership to vendor managed teams.

  • Work with cross functional colleagues to develop and implement new programs that enhance the patient’s experience.

  • Lead programs and strategies to support patient access to therapy.

  • Lead the business case development and implementation plans for new or enhanced patient services programs.

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the patient services team.

  • Manage the Quality Improvement Program in conjunction with our Vendors to optimally support patients.

  • Lead integration of the a new CRM Tool, ensuring strong training for internal, hub and field personnel.

  • In collaboration with Marketing create Patient Services marketing collateral for patients, HCP’s and field teams.

  • Coach, mentor and develop direct reports.

  • Monitor and measure customer feedback, internal performance data and market needs.

  • Effectively work with cross functional teams, Marketing, Value and Access, Account Directors.

  • Ensure field teams are appropriately educated on Dupixent patient services programs and resources available for HCPS, patients and caregivers.

  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of patient services.

This position is based in Cambridge, MA, other Sanofi office locations will be considered.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

  • 5 yrs previous leadership experience in a patient service or commercial operations leadership role function in a specialty market.

  • 5+ years people leadership

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Experience working in a co-promote

  • Ability to effectively lead and influence a team

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including building a strong working relationship and managing and resolving conflict

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends and identify opportunities for program improvements

  • Superb communication skills, oral and written, including presentation skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • MBA preferred

  • Familiarity with managed care
