This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global People Operations team as a Senior People Operations Specialist. As part of our global support team, you will work to drive a seamless employee experience at all levels of the organization, focusing on innovative technology and continuous process enhancements. The Senior People Operations Specialist partners with our People Function Centers of Excellence, Managers, and Employees to ensure high-level, efficient support, and a great experience throughout the employment lifecycle at Pega and beyond.

You will have a huge impact on employee life cycle, process improvement and data integrity for our candidates and employees.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Manage and ensure compliance for Work Authorization Process for employees and international transfers in region
Manage Tier 2 People Operations inquiry support in our Service Management platform and self-manage service delivery to ensure we exceed all SLAs
Identify process improvements and efficiencies that will help create a positive experience for our employees. Collaborate with key People stakeholders for optimal service delivery. Drive automation, value add work
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with employees, candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Maintain records of personnel-related data with high level of accuracy and ensure all employment requirements are met
Manage compliance around operational controls and audit requests in conjunction with manager
Ensure HRIS data integrity around employee records updates, mass requests, edit/correction data updates
Ensure standard operating procedures for People Operations teams are maintained and created as needed
Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
Conduct self service driven work to unlock Tier 0 behavior change
Coach People Ops specialists on ticket resolution, provide leader support and ensure trend/performance analysis is conducted with feedback
Assist in ad-hoc projects

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience 2-3+ years’ experience in HR
Strong Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel HR Reporting/Metrics experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to details
Excellent organizational skills
Strong desire to learn about the Human Resources profession

Worked in a corporate office environment in a fast-paced setting.
Developed a strong relationship among other administrative professionals and senior management. You have been in a customer service focused role interacting with customers.
