In this position you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams evaluating memory technology for high reliability applications, particularly radiation hardened designs. As a senior member of the Harsh Environments Electronics Group, you will perform trades and develop plans for proving out memory technology. The ability to interface with memory vendors and external stakeholders will be critical to success in this position. An understanding and experience testing memory in a radiation environment is also a requirement of this position.

Required Qualifications:

  • BSEE and 9+ years of experience or MSEE degree and 7+ years of experience.

  • Experience developing and implementing memory tests in a rad hard environment.

  • Knowledge of the existing memory technologies and vendors.

  • Radiation hardened and high reliability electronics design experience.

  • System modeling and analysis experience using MATLAB, Simulink, or other comparable tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Risk management and understanding of supply chain issues

  • Experience in design for harsh environments as embodied in common commercial and military standards (e.g. RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-810, etc.).

Security Clearance Required:

Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Remote Work:

This position will be a Hybrid between remote and in lab work. The ability to be in Cambridge as needed is required.
