Our team sits at the center of our global People Function, partnering with the Talent Attraction, Talent Advisory, and Centers of Excellence teams, to support the transformative work the People Team is doing. We provide program and project management, change management and operational support.
Picture Yourself at Pega:
The Talent Operations Partner will work closely with the Global Talent Attraction leaders to ensure our Talent Attraction team runs smoothly. While a core focus of the role will be Talent Attraction Operations, you’ll also have the opportunity to help drive the overall Candidate and Employee experience by managing the collection and analysis of data from our People Team survey tool.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Work closely with Talent Attraction Leaders to both improve and ensure global consistency in talent attraction processes,
Research best practices and emerging trends within talent attraction and make suggestions for continuous improvement
Partner with People Technology to constantly improve Talent Attraction technology and build scalable processes
Build and manage pulse, employee lifecycle, and recruiting surveys
Assist with change management and project rollouts across the People Team
Who You Are:
You will excel in a fast-paced, demanding, yet extremely rewarding environment. You blend first-rate organizational skills with strong communication skills and an ability to influence your stakeholders.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including demonstrated ability to create and edit different types of content (corporate presentations, emails, and intranet information)
Ability to independently manage multiple projects from start to finish
Strong excel and data story telling skills
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
What You've Accomplished:
BA/BS Degree – Preference for Business, Marketing, Psychology or other related majors
5-7 years of professional work experience (post-college) required
Experience in Talent Attraction Operations or Talent Attraction preferred
