530061 Service Development BPE, Professional Services & Solutions Generation Process (Cambridge, MA)

Responsible for the HPM Professional Services & Solutions Generation Process (PSSGP), from owning the process document itself to consulting on appropriate use of the PSSGP as well as when a new PSSGP should be used versus use of the Change Form.

* This is a Hybrid position based in Cambridge, MA *

Your role:

  • Considers scope of effective process and how to adjust (including or removing launch processes, identifying alternative process for non-offer items like non-technical solutions).

  • Accountable for the overall process in consultation with management and other parties.

  • Works with the Design Controls team in HPM R&D a to ensure alignment of PSSGP process and adherence to HPM QMS.

  • Works with HPM Product Quality Engineering to ensure process compliance and adherence to Good Documentation Practices. Includes activity to support audits, remediation of process issues, privacy and security concerns.

  • Monitors active PSSGP projects, providing guidance on process adherence as well as identifying areas for improvement.

  • Provides guidance to Portfolio Management, so that offer ideas can be sized, to help determine backlog and prioritization.

  • Coaches cross functional PSSGP teams during project execution to help with Deliverables required, provide expert opinions, identifying and sharing best practices.

You're the right fit if:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor degree in a STEM domain (ex: health-science, other science, engineering) or business).

  • Masters degree or terminal professional degree preferred.

  • ITIL 4 certified.

  • Experience:

  • Ability to work in eDMR and DMS web to post, vault, replace, organize and retrieve Trace information and documentation

  • Knowledge of Philips specific development generation processes (HPM Design Controls, PDLM, PSSGP)

  • Understanding of 21 CFR 820.30

  • Prior experience working with a design control process

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position is $94,900 to $175,200, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
