Job Description:

Supply Chain Engineering is the place for technology professionals who want to be strategic business partners and the first to create innovative solutions - making global impact on millions of customers and tens of thousands of employees using Microsoft software and services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex system and business requirements, to plan, design, document and implement system-to-system integration processes and specifications, in varying in levels of complexity for both Services and EDI.

  • Evaluating existing all inbound and outbound processes & systems, to identify opportunities for savings and improvement.

  • Execution of work plans to land high-value systems improvements that drive quality and scale, by working with internal and external partners on the design and deployment of systems-enabled capabilities, ensuring functionality, usability & supportability.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in SAP SD and/or integrating systems in like business environments (implementation, not merely ‘support’), using both Services and EDI - expert knowledge of EAI Patterns, SOA and design patterns and principles, and skilled in supporting Web Services and XML.

  • Deep understanding of SAP Integration methodologies and associated mapping and configuration - ability to create EDI mapping specifications to a variety of interfaces and for a variety of transactions, especially with SAP IDOCs.

  • Broad, functional knowledge, and systems integration, across a SAP ECC / SCM and Partner systems landscape - experience working with different business partners e.g. Customer, Distributors, Manufacturers, 3PL providers.

  • Proven skills in product design and implementation of complex components/applications and solid de-bugging and test validation.

  • Solid understanding of supply chain business processes in areas like order management, order fulfillment, etc.

  • Proven ability, in a global environment

Preferred, not required:

  • Working knowledge of SAP AIF/BRF plus.

  • Experience in SAP and Azure cloud service, integration technologies.

  • Formal SAP certification, in at least 1 domain area, preferred, but not required, if you have verifiable configuration experience.

  • Experience in supply chain business process and integration

  • Experience with SAFe, SCRUM, or similar Agile development/implementation methodology

  • Experience with Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Telemetry etc.

  • BS in Computer Science, or related fields
