Sr Program Manager, Services Development

As one of our Senior Program Managers, you will be taking on End-to-End ownership of complex and high impact service development programs within the Business Innovation & Service Delivery team in the Hospital Patient Monitoring business unit.

Your role:

  • Working with Project Sponsor to assure project and program objectives are defined appropriately.

  • Preparing and implementing programs in multi-discipline areas (including but not limited to product management, multiple R&D (research & development) organizations (services, capabilities, technology) service R&D, performance management, quality, and regulatory per agreed goals on quality, time, cost, and staffing.

  • Navigating through the complexity of programs by coordinating between the sub-projects, multiple sites, and matrix organization; ensuring team is staffed effectively and used to the fullest potential to most efficiently complete projects; establishing strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identifying issues, overcoming obstacles, and define recovery plans and providing ongoing status reports to the business leadership team, highlighting opportunities and risk mitigations.

  • Working with Quality to ensure the program is fully compliant with the Hospital Patient Monitoring Quality System; developing Entrepreneur Project Management (EPM) competencies, deploying best practices from Philips to bring effective strategic leadership in program management as well as preparing, planning, tracking, and managing project deliverables and coordinating cross functional teams located across geographies.

  • Managing and Reporting of key performance indicators to senior management and coaching and supporting junior team members.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years’ project/program management experience in a high-tech industry with a focus on development of managed services. You also have experience leading globally distributed teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders with your excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, across functions and organizational layers.

  • Your skills include strong agile project management and scrum master skills; PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or similar professional certification; Scrum Master certification like PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) is a plus.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or health sciences. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You possess a proven ability to manage relationships upwards, downwards, and cross-functionally.
