Job Description

DUTIES: Analyze functionality gaps and develop alternatives.

Understand and document business requirements.

Finalize Business blueprinting.

Develop Project Plans.

Configuration, Unit, and Integration testing.

Resolution of cross functional issues with different user groups and SAP teams.

Prepare functional specifications for conversions and enhancements.

Coordinate with development team and monitor progress of development activities and update the status with respective teams.

Provide user training.

Coordinate with Power users to resolve issues that arise during user training.

Complete Production Support issues.

Provide effective scope and issue management.

Search and apply OSS notes.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Digital Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field of study plus 1 year of experience in full cycle ERP implementation, SAP, or in any occupation in which the required experience can be obtained, or related experience. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Digital Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field of study plus 3 years of experience in fully cycle ERP implementation, SAP, or in any occupation in which the required experience can be obtained, or related experience as an equivalent alternative.

Must have experience or knowledge of:

EDI transactions and set up;

Purchasing/Procurement Process such as stock transfer orders and Purchase orders;

Development tasks utilizing the SAP Project Life Cycle methodology;

Manage projects utilizing SAP Project Life Cycle methodology; and

S4/HANA Sales Distribution.

Travel: Willing to travel up to 10% domestic and international. Telecommuting employee reports to Company headquarters in Waltham, MA. Can work remotely or telecommute.
