About This Role:
Forrester is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our global organization. We are seeking an innovative, intellectually curious, hands-on recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of technical roles. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing robust recruiting plans and will utilize heavy direct sourcing and social networking to deliver highly qualified candidates in a timely manner. This position reports to the director of talent acquisition within the employee experience organization.
Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies for your clients within Forrester; this includes creating a proactive sourcing strategy, directly sourcing talent, conducting preliminary screens and superior competency-based interviewing, and facilitating interview team kick-off and debrief sessions.
Develop and implement strategies to increase the diversity of our talent pool, increase the number of employee referrals, and identify internal employee candidates.
Interface regularly with internal stakeholders and hiring teams; communicate key metrics and insights on the recruiting pipeline and high-level strategy.
Continuously work on ways to improve the process.
Partner effectively with other colleagues across the employee experience team.
Previous experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-paced corporate environment.
A passion for ruthlessly identifying, recruiting, and assessing talent.
The ability to think strategically and influence hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
Experience with iCims and knowledge of compliance issues related to recruiting.
Strong project and time management skills, with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines.
