Aston Carter Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Job Description

In this vital role, you will support and execute talent acquisition and some HR functions for our corporation. Your responsibilities will include arranging a large volume of interviews, uploading resumes, coordinating onboarding, and providing regular updates to hiring teams, all in accordance with our Hiring SOP. You will also be expected to follow established hiring and onboarding processes, and perform other duties as needed. You will serve as a role model for our fellow employees and business partners by acting responsibly, fairly, and honestly in our dealings and exercising sound judgment in performing your job.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with an electronic ADP - Applicant Tracking System

  • 1-2 years of coordination experience

  • Bachelors degree

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team player

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Cambridge, Massachusetts and some days remote.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment in Cambridge. You will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, as well as other members of the HR team, and will be expected to respond quickly to business needs and ensure compliance requirements are met. You may also have the opportunity to engage in some sourcing tasks.
