Google Video Account Executive, Specialty Retail Industry in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in television or digital video sales.
Experience selling video products and platforms (e.g., YouTube, programmatic video, Google Video Partners, etc.)
Ability to present to executives and communicate with management team.
Ability to consult, compile, and execute annual partnerships to drive video business growth.
Ability to navigate and consult cross-organizationally to solve customer needs, while coordinating resources across teams to provide diversity of thought and tailored solutions.
Knowledge of the television/digital video landscape, and brand objective-based selling.
Established relationships in the television planners and buyers industry.

As a Video Account Executive, you will support and grow video business with Google’s advertisers. You will serve as their advocate, while collaborating with other Google sales teams to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of marketing solutions. You will work cross-functionally to help develop scalable, cross-platform advertising solutions around YouTube and video.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Grow video business with some of Google's retail advertisers.
Build and foster long-term executive relationships with advertiser television budget owners, and their planning and buying agency counterparts.
Design and implement long-term customer marketing strategies around YouTube and video.
Collaborate with other Google sales teams to provide customers with a comprehensive portfolio of marketing solutions.
Work cross-functionally to help develop scalable cross-platform advertising solutions around YouTube and video.
