Maloney Properties, Inc. Occupancy Specialist in Cambridge/Somerville, Massachusetts
Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Occupancy Specialist for a large portfolio of mixed income housing in Cambridge and Somerville, MA. This role is responsible for ensuring that all households are recertified on an annual basis and are in compliance with affordable housing program regulations. Will also provide other administrative support as needed.
Prior recertification experience is required. Must be skilled in LIHTC, HOME, HUD Section 8 soft subsidies. COS, SCHM, and/or C3P are preferred. Strong organizational, excellent in oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
