Responsibilities

Job Description

• Route Management: Ensure all routes are completed safely, professionally, and punctually.

• Talent Management: Handle recruiting, hiring, evaluating, disciplining, payroll, and management of all hourly employees.

• Training: Conduct onboarding and safety training for new employees, as well as retraining for current staff.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all contract and state requirements.
