Job Summary

As a Learning Coordinator within our Learning Development Center, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality learning support to colleagues and managers across the organization. You will be responsible for handling various learning administrative tasks, aiding with colleague inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of learning operations. This role will touch all elements of the colleague life cycle.

While the primary focus will be on administrative support, the role offers significant opportunities for growth. The candidate will be encouraged to learn quickly and take on more strategic tasks, such as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting training development, and even participating in cross-functional projects. • Colleague Inquiries: Serve as a key point of contact for colleagues and managers regarding:

o learning policies

o procedures

o reporting

o other inquiries

Provide guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.

• Data Management: Leverage a collaboration management system for tracking requests and resolve, transfer or escalate requests to other learning colleagues for efficient issue resolution. Maintain learning databases and electronic records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality. Generate reports and analytics as needed to support learning initiatives.

• Learning Administration: Conduct intake for all HR learning related inquiries and escalate to appropriate parties, as necessary. Ensure timely resolution of requests and follow requests through to completion to provide best colleague experience. Track and monitor requests to identify root cause of issues. Document inquiry resolution and escalation in a collaboration management system.

• Policy and Compliance: Stay updated on learning policies, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all HR-related activities.

•Training and Development: Support training initiatives by coordinating training sessions, maintaining training calendars, tracking training completion, performing CEU administrative tasks, and assisting with training logistics as needed.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR Learning Development Center. Identify trends and provide insight to increase operational efficiencies. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standardized processes.

•Support awareness within the organization of the Learning Development Center’s activities by crafting and deploying regular communications on the company intranet and other communication channels

• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications – what you need to perform the job

Education, Certification and Licensure

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience :

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, shared services, a related role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skill Requirements :

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other HR-related software.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative : Must be able to work well with others, both within the Learning and Development team and across other departments, contributing to both day-to-day operations and larger strategic projects.

  • Ambitious & Growth-Oriented : While the role involves a significant amount of administrative work, having a genuine interest in developing skills that will allow them to contribute to more strategic initiatives over time is important.

Working Conditions and Additional Requirements :

  • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.

  • Work may requiresimultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard andsitting for extended durations.

  • May be required to work additional hours beyond the standard work schedule.

  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment – both virtual work and on-site (at least 1 day a week but occasionally up to 3 days a week as the business requires)
