Inspire Brands Manager, Data & Analytics - Dunkin' in Canton, Massachusetts
This position is critical to understanding brand business performance in order to develop strategies and recommendations to inform future brand direction. The expectation is that this individual will be an expert on managing and reporting information critical to business insights and decision-making. The Manager will be a key resource for the brand in answering business questions efficiently and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Insight generation – generate insights that improve the business through linking various data sources (e.g., sales, competitor, market, customer, etc.)
Relationship management – develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Business analysis – analyze brand performance and sales trends, including promotion and test analysis
Brand performance – analyze and monitor key metrics across brand health, product performance, and guest experience
KPI reporting – create and maintain reports that assess ongoing business performance, leading indicators, and explanatory factors
Ad hoc reporting – develop, execute, and deliver reports based on brand business requirements
Project management – ensure that medium/long term projects are implemented on time and achieve objectives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business or Mathematics)
Graduate Degree, MBA preferred
5-7 years relevant experience in marketing, business analysis, data management / reporting, or other related area or an MBA
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Ideal candidate has an inquisitive nature and a passion for learning and solving problems
Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
Understands business principles and strategy, and possesses strong analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.) and database skills (e.g., SQL, Access, etc.) a plus
Ability to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant, understandable, and actionable for key stakeholders
Ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
Effectively interact at all levels of the organization across multiple functional areas
Excellent writing, presentation, project management and strong influencing skills required
Interest in the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations, and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands
Minimal travel may be required
