Purpose of Position –

The Manager of Loyalty, Dunkin’ will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the DD Perks Loyalty program. This includes the development and execution of loyalty-based activities aimed at driving acquisition, engagement, and retention to grow the long-term value of the DD Perks member base. Critical to this role is a passion for designing and reaching both existing members and non-members through exciting and innovative promotional campaigns that ultimately entice action (drive enrollment, usage, and overall program engagement). The DD Perks program is slated for future growth with the introduction of new features, offers, and capabilities next year.

We are seeking a self-starter manager who is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and dive in. This position requires someone with an analytical mindset that seeks creativity with new ideas, a passion for the customer and who is comfortable in a matrixed environment.

What You’ll Be Working On-

  • Responsible forleadingthecampaign strategy and executionindrivingacquisition,member engagement and retention within the DD PerksLoyalty program.Examplesincludebroad promotional campaigns around points and/or product discountsor specific loyalty/targeted offers

  • Conductongoingloyalty projects, from ideation to implementationsupport.Examples include bringing to market new loyalty program features via1:1multi-channel (email,push messaging,social, in-store)

  • Overseepartner agenciesand other internal teamsfordevelopment of creative assets and promotional ideasfor channels such as email, digital and in-store

  • Help design loyalty triggers/journeys

  • Partner with media teamondigital advertising including display, paidandorganic search, paid social, etc. with the purpose of driving consumer engagement of new and existing features

  • Conductad hoc reporting as needed to supportthemeasurement andperformance ofthe loyalty program and offerinitiatives

What You’ll Need-

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Minimum of5+years ofexperience and a passion to create an idealcustomer loyalty experience.

  • Successful track record ofdevelopingpromotion(s)and programexecutionfor a retail or consumer brand

  • Experience directing creative process and managing digital agencies/staff
