Purpose of Position-

This position is the key linkage between national and local marketing teams for the purposes of message planning, creative development, and creative asset management. The manager of planning is the central hub and one source of truth for marketing promotional activity at the national and local levels, with heavy emphasis on the retail channel.

What You’ll Be Working On-

  • Message planning coordination: manage the process to collect local marketing messages, merge with national plans, and be the one source of truth for all stakeholders who utilize the info

  • System/software: oversee database that collects local plans and generates reports for marketing channel owners; collaborate with cross-functional team to recommend and implement system enhancements

  • Local communications briefs: work with Field Marketing team to collect and consolidate local briefs each marketing window; incorporate messaging from briefs into master message plan; determine agency assignments

  • Digital asset management: key point of contact for creative asset platform, responsible for ongoing upkeep/archiving of assets, and linkage with agency partners to ensure current brand guidelines and assets are deployed throughout the system.

What You’ll Need-

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years relevant work experience
