Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate in Canton, Massachusetts. The selected individual will be the main point of contact for a variety of office tasks in a large corporate setting, with a focus on maintaining efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Operate a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are accurately transferred
• Handle mail duties, including accepting deliveries, sorting incoming mail, and logging packages
• Maintain updated phone lists and other office records as necessary
• Undertake additional projects as assigned, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
• Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and facilities drivers, clarifying tasks as needed
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion
• Operate digital reprographics and mail equipment, familiarity with Pitney Bowes machine is an asset
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills, including detail-oriented telephone and email etiquette
• Work independently with minimal supervision, as the role is primarily solitary in nature. Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service
• Proficient understanding of various Office Functions
• Prior experience in Supervising teams
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes
• Ability to perform Receptionist Duties
• Knowledge of Facility management
• Comfortable using Digital platforms
• Exceptional Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to Answer queries promptly and efficiently
• Experience in handling Deliveries
• Understanding of Transportation Services
• Excellent Written Communication skills
• Proficiency in using Multi-line Phone Systems
• Ability to Transfer Calls effectively
• Experience in Switchboard Operations
• Skilled in sorting Sort Incoming Mail
• Willingness to travel Offsite if needed
• Ability to handle Confidential Documents with discretion
• Knowledge of employee Perks and benefits
• Understanding of Banking Operation
• Strong Organizational skills
