Job Title: Receptionist - PART TIME - 30 HOURS!

Job Description

• Operate all aspects of the switchboard as well as multi-tasking assignments in a professional manner.

• Greet guests: assist and provide service to customers, applicants, and visitors, ensuring they are handed-off to the appropriate internal contact.

• Process and organize incoming/outgoing mail, including mailing invoices.

• Maintain equipment in central supply room.

• Provide administrative services (establish and maintain files, composing and word-processing of documents and various scanning) on demand.

• Assist with catering, confirm billing for correctness, coordinate meeting room needs, and general clean up in meeting areas.

• Assist with office supply orders, organize, and maintain office and kitchen supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate supply needs; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies.

• Maintain and organize employee records and files for HR.

• Act as a backup to help manage Service Award process; order gift cards and other gifts and manage distribution of the gifts to recipients’ managers in advance of their anniversary date.

• Aid in running standard HR reports.

• Work with HR team members to help with onboarding/termination of employees.

• Help maintain benefits brochures, forms, and information to support our Compensation and Benefits processes.

• Help with events as needed.

• Provide backup assistance for various departments as required.

• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

Hard Skills

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience with Front Desk and Administrative responsibilities

  • HR administrative experience preferable
