Job Description:

Our client is seeking a seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to support their dynamic commercial team. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovative solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Benefit Verifications, and Sales Support teams. The Senior Business Analyst should have a strong expertise in key systems such as D365 CRM, PowerApps, Power Pages Portal, and Power BI which will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs, while identifying areas for process improvement.

  • Partner with IT teams to develop and implement solutions in D365 CRM, PowerApps, Power Pages Portal, and Power BI.

  • Create documentation for requirements, processes, and system configurations, ensuring clarity and alignment.

  • Define and execute system integration testing to verify compliance with specifications.

  • Analyze data to provide insights for decision-making and assist in training teams on new systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with business partners and IT to plan and implement process improvements and system enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer service by resolving root causes.

  • Design and document commercial business processes and maintain data collection tools to support team efficiency.

  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a commercial setting.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with commercial teams and at least 5 years overall as a Business Analyst.

  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Adaptability to changing business needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficient in Visio and DevOps tools.

  • Ability to travel to onsite leadership meetings a few times a year.
