Inspire Brands Sr Specialist, Learning Design-Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins in Canton, Massachusetts

Supports Learning Design and Field Learning teams with administration and ongoing logistics of major programs such franchise learning and other initiatives and national programs. Responsibilities includes supporting governance and structure, communication with learners and facilitators, creation of support materials, processes for registration and payment, cycle scheduling, material printing, support of video shoots and more.

Leads continuous improvement of registration process including certified training restaurant tracking, enrollments.

Propose creative solutions to improve existing processes and tools to deliver a streamlined experience.

Location: Hybrid – Remote and Canton, MA, Boston Support Center


  • Develop and manage registration and communication for learning programs, including restaurant assignments and notifications, learner registration experience, cycle scheduling, pre and post communications, payments collection and other activities

  • Identify improvements of registration process including certified training restaurant tracking, enrollments, payments, and system integrations

  • LMS Admin of Learning Programs – management of class set up, maintenance, tests, and reporting. Collaborate with Learning technology teams to streamline processes

  • Create and maintain learning program support documents such as Participant Agreements, Host Agreements and Welcome Guides

  • Partner with Learning Program Manager to support host restaurant and central manufacturing training certification process and relationships partnering with local field teams and host franchisees to ensure consistent execution and oversight of the certification process and supporting of learning programs

  • Contact for multiple vendor relationships for sourcing, ordering, and maintaining materials supporting Learning programs

  • Monitor material inventory levels and batch printing needs

  • Manage learning programs budget for materials, products, and supplies

  • Collaborate with Learning Design and Documentation, cross-functional partners, and vendors to keep job aid and materials up to date for new processes and procedures related to Learning Programs (NRO kits)

  • Lead logistics for franchisee and operations national initiatives, training events and learning programs. Such as, location tracking and contracting, enrollment process including the development of communications, tracking, and supporting enrollment including resolving issues, sourcing and procuring materials, managing relationship with vendors, managing distribution of materials, and all other logistical support

  • Support training video shoots including procuring materials as needed.

  • Help test courses before publishing.

  • Make minor revisions to content as needed

  • Ensure consistent learning experience for new field team members and franchisee learners.

  • Provide support to virtual instructor lead (VILT) and in-person instructor lead (ILT) trainings as needed

  • Partner with Learning and Deployment Managers to provide support for restaurant openings with the objective to gain perspective and incorporate into learning experiences

  • Partner with the Manufacturing team on CML Production Curriculum administration


  • Preferred: 4 Year Degree

  • Preferred: equivalent experience with restaurant and/or administrative support with Training, Human Resources, or Development

  • Preferred: 4+ Years of experience in administrative support, work, planning, class scheduling


  • Flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven, customer-focused environment

  • Highly motivated self-starter, strong work ethic, enthusiastic “can-do” attitude and eagerness to take ownership of job responsibilities and help the larger team, as necessary

  • Highly organized; able to keep track of, and prioritize, many time-sensitive tasks and change gears as priorities shift

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, including exceptional attention to detail

  • Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization, including franchisees

  • Contribute to improvement of processes and tasks, desire to go above and beyond duties of role

  • Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, etc.)

  • Experience with any LMS preferred

  • 3 plus years of training, and/or administrative support

  • Restaurant or retail experience preferred

  • Travel: As needed
