BAMSI Residential Counselor (Direct Care) - Basic in Carver, Massachusetts

$17.25+/hr [20 HOURS] - Schedule: Tues, Thurs 3p-9p Wednesday 3p-11p

This position is located in Carver MA

We are looking for compassionate and energetic people to provide support in our community based group homes for adults with developmental disabilities in a comfortable home setting. The dedicated staff members provide support in the areas including, but not limited to personal finance, van transportation, assistance with activities of daily living , and helping individuals achieve their ISP goals! Persons served are also encouraged to become active members of their communities including engaging in employment, volunteer activities as well as social and recreational activities.

Must have a high school diploma/GED, valid driver's license in state of residence and a desire to provide direct care and support.

BAMSI will compensate regular employees, who are matriculated nursing school students, with a $3.00 per hour differential. To qualify, employees must:

• Be enrolled in a Board-approved LPN or RN program.

• Show proof of being a matriculated student by submitting a course registration.

• Proof of enrollment must be submitted every semester.

As a condition of employment, successful applicants will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 by their start date. Details related to demonstrating compliance with this requirement will be provided to candidates who have been selected for employment.
