Job Description

The MHE III will lead service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside contractors, and be on call for emergencies. This role requires handling multiple projects and daily activities, meeting tight deadlines, and developing plans to accomplish departmental and distribution goals. Responsibilities also include maintaining and troubleshooting all conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, training employees, providing feedback on preventive maintenance tasks, and working on additional projects as assigned. The role also includes completing all safety training as assigned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Charlton, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Candidates must be open to any 10-12 hour shift, with the schedule dictated by operational needs and likely to include Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shifts. The position requires 10-12 weeks of travel, with the first three weeks in MA and up to seven additional weeks out of state.
