We are offering a contract for an Accounts Payable Clerk position in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States. This role involves a high volume of data entry and invoicing tasks, providing a unique opportunity for gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and accurate processing of invoices

• Handling of account reconciliation tasks

• Regular check runs to ensure timely payments

• Coding invoices for proper categorization and tracking

• Assisting in the collection of payments as necessary

• Updating and maintaining customer credit records using company database

• Approving invoices after careful review and validation

• Entry of invoice data into the system for record-keeping.company

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding and experience with Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Demonstrated ability to manage Check Runs

• Proficient in Coding Invoices

• Extensive experience in Invoice Processing

• Experience in handling and approving invoices

• Skilled in Invoice Entry procedures
