Quality Inspector Location: Chelmsford, MA Duration: 12 Month Contract Job ID: #68788 Pay Range: $25-32 Schedule: Monday to Thursday 6am-4:30pm. (10 hours per day and includes 30 minute unpaid lunch) Please send resume to krea@butler.com Job Responsibilities: Inspects components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products for conformance to established work instruction, industry standards, drawings, etc., using low / high power microscopes, test equipment, and hand-held inspection tools. Will enter inspection results into QMS and MRP systems, and work with engineering to report and detail non-conformances. Candidate hired will not be able to start until a minimum of an interim clearance is obtained, prefer an active clearance from the start. Basic Qualifications: • Microscope visual inspection • 3 years inspection experience • ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training / awareness • High School diploma / GED • Ability to obtain security clearance and must have an interim clearance prior to starting. • Use of inspection hand tools • Ability to follow work instructions Desired Skills: • Defense Industry • SAP Quality Module • AS9100 • Mil-STD-883 • IPC-610 • J-STD-001 (ACTIVE CERTIFICATION PREFERRED) • Clean Room • FOD Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
