Our work environment includes: - Growth opportunities - Supportive team - Professional Assistance - Inclusive environment Job Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Implement behavioral therapy interventions and strategies based on the individualized treatment plan - Collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions - Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans as needed - Assist with the development of social skills, communication skills, and daily living skills - Follow all medical documentation procedures and maintain accurate records - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Requirements: - Registered Behavior Technician certification REQUIRED! - Bachelor\'s degree or Associate\'s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, behavioral health) preferred and at least 6 months of experience working in behavioral health or related field preferred or - High school Diploma with at least 1 year of experience working in behavioral health or related field preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures - Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Must be able to pass a background check Note: Training will be provided for candidates who meet the requirements.
