Robert Half Executive Assistant in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the education industry, based in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. As an integral part of our team, your role will involve administrative support to the Head of School's Office, the Board of Trustees, and the wider institution.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling appointments for the Head of School's Office and the Board of Trustees

• Assisting in the management of the school's budget and expenses

• Facilitating the hiring process and managing school-wide event planning

• Ensuring effective communication with both internal and external parties

• Organizing and managing data for reports and surveys

• Assisting in the management of school memberships

• Coordinating meetings and managing conference registrations

• Assisting with relevant projects assigned by the Head of School's Office and the Board of Trustees

• Maintaining a hospitable environment within the school. Requirements • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar is preferred

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience dealing with C-Suite level executives and understanding their needs

• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings or events

• Experience in organizing and executing both educational and large scale events

• Ability to compose correspondence on behalf of executives

• Proficiency in completing expense reports accurately and in a timely manner

• High level of discretion and confidentiality

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
