Job Description

Football Administrative Specialist

Provide direct administrative support to the Chief of Staff and Director of Football Operations, Head Coach, and assistant coaches in directing, coordinating, and managing various administrative aspects of football operation. These duties will be performed with adherence to NCAA Compliance standards and University and Athletics guidelines and operating procedures.

Early morning and late evenings required at throughout the year. Travel and weekend hours are mandatory and expected.

Hiring Range: $24.92/hr to $31.15/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of three years of administrative experience. Prefer prior experience in athletics with an understanding of compliance and player development. Professional sports and/or Division I experience in football operations preferred.
