Job Description The Member Services Associate is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering a broad variety of member services and knowledge products to meet the needs of The Center for Corporate Citizenship?s 470+ membership companies. The Member Services Associate responsibilities include: Building relationships with corporate members through written and verbal communications Identifying trends and best practices in corporate citizenship among our member companies Developing content materials and member briefings on current topics related to corporate citizenship Representing the Center to corporate audiences There will be occasional evening and weekend work and some business travel. Position Details: Department: 057401 - Ctr-Corp Citizenship Position: 00013072 - Member Services Associate Grade: 3RD Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $51,350 to $64,200; salary commensurate with relevant experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree Minimum of one year of professional experience Knowledge of Corporate Citizenship content a plus Excellent writing skills Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills Experience interacting closely with corporate clients or in a customer focused business environment Previous experience with large member service organization a plus
