Office Budget and Fiscal Support
Administers the OGE office budget totaling approximately $55K
Reconciles office budget each month
Maintains all budget records, pays all incoming bills related to Office Operations
Assists with the foreign wire voucher processing on PSoft
Processes expense reports/travel advances for Director, OGE Staff, and summer faculty
Works closely with the Summer Program Manager to reconcile all summer expenses beyond faculty expenses
Orders, purchases, and monitors office supplies
Responsible for one purchasing credit card, and one department Amex travel card
Ensures accurate office budget while keeping the Associate Director, Finance and Operations informed of any irregularities and/or making suggestions as appropriate
Reports on and assists with analysis of quarterly expenses and project year-end need
Coordinates the hiring, logging of hours, payroll, and onboarding processes for student employees
Coordinates office moves and technology upgrades, e.g. new computers, phones, printers
Coordinates office coverage during the summer vacation, holiday season, and when the front desk program assistant is out.
Facilitates ongoing OGE projects by coordinating student assistance and steps in as necessary
Maintains the OGE contact database
Initiates facilities/work order requests
Minimum of 1 year office/administrative support experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
