Job Description Term Appointed- Manager, Recruiting & Operations, Career Services Office, Law School Work up to 29 hours per week Manage the Law School recruitment effort by administering all on and off campus recruitment programs. Assist with the development of effective strategies and relationships with employers and partnerships with consortia and professional associations. Conduct student and graduate employment surveys, as well as analyze and present the results for internal and external reporting. This position is also responsible for the daily operations of the office including but not limited to managing the CSO budget, training and supervising CSO program coordinators and student workers. Serve as an ambassador for the CSO and Law School with employers in all sectors and with students, administrators and faculty. Requirements Required Skills Bachelor's degree required. Three to five years experience in legal recruiting or a related field. Strong analytical, data management and organizational skills required, familiarity/proficiency with Google Sheets, forms and Excel. Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills required. Strong financial management skills and attention to detail.
