Your Role as a Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health:

As a vital member of our care team, you will:

  • Assess and Plan Care – Evaluate the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of behavioral health patients and develop personalized care plans.

  • Coordinate and Implement Care – Take primary responsibility for your caseload, ensuring effective execution of treatment plans.

  • Ongoing Evaluation and Communication – Regularly assess patient progress, communicate significant changes to the care team, and adjust care plans as needed.

  • Education and Support – Provide guidance to patients, families, and other care team members on behavioral health care practices and pain management.

  • Supervise and Collaborate – Oversee behavioral health aides and LPNs, ensuring quality care delivery.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Current, unrestricted state RN license.

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

  • Willingness to travel within the coverage area (up to 50%).

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

  • Experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Behavioral Health settings.

  • Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase software.
